At Post Acute Link, you will learn how post acute care fits into value-based care, network with other post acute sectors, and meet with solution partners of your choosing, who will help you execute faster on your strategy. PAL will take you from strategy to operational excellence, to potential partners, all in one unusually productive experience.
Our 2018 program will be ready early next year. You can view our 2017 program here.
Earn ACHE Credits at Post Acute Link
All healthcare-management education produced by Post Acute Link is eligible for Qualified Education credits by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). This includes face-to-face programming at the annual Post Acute Link conference as well as “distance” programming (webinars, think tank calls and more). ACHE credits are not issued directly by Post Acute Link. Rather, participants are asked to submit educational programming hours directly to ACHE for either advancement toward or recertification of the status of ACHE Fellow (FACHE).
How to Submit for Credits: Please list Post Acute Link on your My ACHE page under ACHE Qualified Education credit. The conference will then be evaluated and counted on your account.
